Eventspec Partners with SF3 SmartFone Flick Fest 2026
Big stories can start on small screens. We’re helping put them on a much bigger one.

We’re excited to finally share that Eventspec has partnered with SF3 SmartFone Flick Fest for its 12th annual festival, joining the 2026 event as Presenting Partner of the SF3 Mini & Feature Film Screening.
Held at White Bay Power Station on Saturday 31 October, the screening will showcase some of the best smartphone filmmaking from Australia and around the world, taking films created on the smallest of screens and putting them where they belong: on the big screen.
And that's where Eventspec comes in.
As SF3's AV and Event Production Partner, Eventspec will deliver the vision production for the White Bay screening, providing the screen and projection system that will showcase the selected films inside the Entertainment Hall.
SF3 has built an international festival around a brilliantly simple idea: great storytelling shouldn't depend on expensive equipment. Filmmakers of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels can enter, provided their film is shot on a smartphone or tablet.
Its 2026 festival culminates across White Bay Power Station and the Sydney Opera House, with screenings and awards celebrating filmmakers from around the world.
For us, it's a partnership that makes a lot of sense. Eventspec spends every day using technology to help people tell stories, connect with audiences and create memorable experiences. SF3 is doing exactly that from the filmmaking side, just starting with a device almost everyone already has in their pocket.
We're looking forward to working with the SF3 team and seeing this year's filmmakers on the big screen at White Bay.
Bring on October. 🎬
