We’ve supported a range of corporate conferences, executive retreats, and multi-day leadership programs at Fairmont Resort MGallery.


Our team has managed full technical delivery across various indoor and outdoor settings — from plenary sessions with custom staging and projection to breakout workshops and evening functions with styled lighting and audio.


In addition to formal programming, we’ve delivered outdoor team-building activations and fireside chats.  These more relaxed sessions required thoughtful AV design, including portable PA systems, battery-powered lighting, and on-site crew to ensure seamless transitions between settings.


Because the venue offers limited in-house AV, we supply everything required — including screens, PA, microphones, monitors, and crew — and handle full setup and operation. The result: high-production-value events delivered with minimal stress, no matter the format or location.
