Eventspec is a full-service event production company based in Sydney’s Hills District, proudly servicing clients across Australia. We prioritise low-impact audiovisual technology and equipment, using energy-efficient gear with minimal environmental footprints. Where possible, we source products made from recyclable materials and choose models with energy-saving features.

We carefully evaluate suppliers based on their environmental practices and ethical standards. We're proud to work with industry leaders like VuePix and Brompton, both of whom share our values around sustainable product development and responsible supply chains.

Rather than buy bespoke, single-use items, we invest in long-life, versatile equipment. We maintain, repair and repurpose our gear to extend its lifecycle and reduce demand for new materials. What we can’t reuse, we recycle or dispose of responsibly.

We prefer sourcing from local suppliers with strong environmental credentials, helping to reduce transport emissions and support our local economy. When international sourcing is necessary, we select partners who demonstrate a clear commitment to sustainability.
